COVID-19 update

Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) remain open in line with the latest advice from Australia's Chief Medical Officer and Victoria's Chief Health Officer. This applies to RTOs that operate out of a Neighbourhood House premises as is the case with Avenue Neighbourhood House.

Avenue Neighbourhood House has put in place a temporary remote learning delivery mode for students enrolled in accredited training courses. Remote learning is a combination of online class sessions and student self-pacedlearning.

Avenue Neighbourhood House is committed to providing a quality remote learning experience for students and these Online Service Standards explain our commitment to students. 

 

Certificate courses (accredited qualifications)

 

Avenue Neighbourhood House is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) No 20213.

 

Each of these courses listed on the right provides you with an opportunity to improve your literacy / numeracy skills. To find a course which best suits your needs please contact our office or click each hyperlink to find out more.

Training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.

NDIS course fees and education material costs

For students eligible to receive Skills First Government subsidised training to complete Nationally Recognised Training qualifications or skill sets, the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will not fund any course fees or education materials associated with education and training.


Learn Local courses (pre-accredited courses)

Each of these courses provides you with an opportunity to improve your skills. These are initial vocational training courses that provide a pathway to accredited training and/or employment. These courses are delivered with Victorian Goverment funding to those who are eligible.
