Cooking for Yourself

This program has been designed to give participants with a disability the skills to prepare and cook meals independently. Participants work alongside a chef to prepare a meal each week which they can eat for lunch.


Participants must commit to classes for the term.

For invoicing of fees, NDIS participants must be either plan managed or self managed.


Term 1 2020 dates: Thurs 6 February to Thurs 26 March (8 weeks)

Time: 10.30am - 1pm (2.5 hours)

Cost: $182

Term 2 2020 dates: Thurs 23 Apr to Thurs 18 June (9 weeks)

Time: 10.30am - 1pm (2.5 hours)

Cost: $200
