Belly dance is a beautiful art form originating in the Middle East. No matter what your fitness level or previous dance experience, this dance form is suitable for everyone and offers a unique opporutnity to practice a low impact form of exercise, taught using safe dance practice to improve your posture, flexibility and overall body strength. And most of all, it's loads of fun! We will learn the basic steps and combinations, then put them together in a fun choreography. We can also incorporate the use of props such as veils to add magic and romance to the dance.

TAPfit fuses tap dancing, cardio and resistance training to burn calories and increase muscle power, co-ordination, flexiblity and balance. You don't need to have tap dancing experinece to take part in TAPfit and it is suitable for all ages and levels (including seniors). All equipment - including "TAP attachments" which slip over your shoes - are provided for you to use in class.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance exercise workout that suits all levels. It incorporates many dance styles from salsa to jazz, creates a party atmosphere and brings the community together!
