This workshop is for people who want their lives to be different and understand that any change starts with them.

They want to deepen their understanding of themselves and the patterns and beliefs they have, which are keeping them stuck and stopping them from living a more fulfilling life – a life they love!

- Work out what REALLY matters to you, so that you can make informed choices and not just react to what shows up

Mindfulness slows the heart rate and breathing, normalises blood pressure, improves the immune system's ability to respond to stress and can lower cholesterol levels, assisting in the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Learn practical, user-friendly meditative techniques for problem solving, relief of stress, discipline of the mind and heightened awareness.

Food Labels can be very confusing and tricky to understand. Often we don't have the time to spend trying to work out what they mean and how to use them. Knowing what nutrition information to look for can help make the best choice for your health and avoid unnecessary saturated fat, added salt, added/hidden sugars and kilojoules.

Join us on a supermarket tour with a Dietician to learn some tips that can make shopping for healthy food a whole lot easier and quicker.
