Yoga - Friday mornings

Yoga is a form of exercise to tone and firm the body, enhance metabolism and overcome tension and stress. It improves flexibility and focus, stretches the body and relaxes the mind. It is good for all age groups and all abilities are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

FRIDAY MORNINGS

Term 3 2020 dates: Fri 17 Jul to Fri 18 Sept (10 weeks)

Time: 9.30am - 10.30am (1 hour) OR 11.00am - 12noon (1 hour)

Term 4 2020 dates: Fri 9 Oct to Fri 11 Dec (10 weeks)
