Yoga for secondary students

This class will promote stress-relief to secondary students by encouraging them to explore the benefits of mindfulness and yoga breath work in order to restore wellbeing and a positive attitude.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS

Term 1 2020 dates: Wed 4 March to Wed 25 March (4 weeks)

Time: 5.00pm - 6.00pm (1 hour)

Cost: $68

Member cost: $63

Term 2 2020 dates: TBA

This class will continue in Term 2 if there is sufficient interest
