A series of 5 simple and practical workshops to help you explore and discover your inner resources and capacity to heal emotionally and physically and live your life to the fullest. These workshops are for you if you are seeking ways to manage your stress and mental health, improve your vitality or enjoy better physical and emotional wellbeing. All welcome to attend.

These workshops will be held either during the day (Wed or Thur) or evenings depending on what best suits those interested.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Some of the many benefits are increased muscle tone, bone density, focus, memory, balance, circulation, flexibility, vitality, stamina, endurance and can assist in treating arthritis, diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, back, shoulder and neck, sleep and weight problems.

MONDAY LUNCHTIMES & FRIDAY MORNINGS

Mondays Time: 1.00pm - 2.00pm (1 hour*)

Fridays Time: 10.00am - 11.00am (1 hour*)

Full Fee: $20 per class / 1 term in advance (10 weeks) $180

Concession: $17 per class / 1 term in advance (10 weeks) $150

*Half hour option also available $12 per class
